While on my art adventures this past month I have gone back to metal sculpture and I have revisisted oil painting (a medium I haven't worked in for over 10 years) by taking a class.
Oil painting In the first two classes, I was allowed to use only one primary color (and white) to paint an all-white still-life. I used blue, and then yellow (it looks orange, though!). Then in the msot recent class, I used a full pallette to paint a still life of all primary colors. Here are some pictures:

Metal Sculpture Back in the metalshop at Pratt, I finally finished the metal bull. He got his tail, which was the one major thing lacking (he hasn't been called a "cockroach" since he got his horns). I've also been working on the dog, who has got about 85% skin coverage by now (and she was given the name Rusty by a fellow metalshopper).
